Zoll-Ident App – the secure authenticator for a simple login to the Customs Portal
Digital security continues to be one of our top priorities. At the same time, it is in line with the user-centric design of our service. The new Zoll-Ident App combines both aspects and accelerates your access to the Customs Portal and all included services.
How does the Zoll-Ident App work?
1. You can now generate a QR code on the homepage of our website to log into the Customs Portal.
2. To be able to use Zoll-Ident for an unrestricted login, you need to first identify yourself with an ELSTER account, BundID or your Online ID. You can then set up the Zoll-Ident App as an alternative option.
3. Install the App and add the Zoll-Ident App option in the “Login Options” page of your account in the Customs Portal. At this stage, scan the code displayed in the portal and follow the steps shown in the App.
4. After successfully setting up the option you will be able to scan the login code on the home screen of the App and use Face-ID or Touch-ID to easily log into the Portal.
Additional function for business customers:
Your company requires only one main user to have an ELSTER account for the Customs Portal. You can now generate individual user codes for your company and make them available by email to specific employees. Users can use all functions of the Portal without ELSTER through their personal Zoll-Ident access.
